Holdups on tourists solved In March 1998 nine young men commited several holdups in the center of Frankfurt/Main. There victims were exclusivly Asian tourists around the famous "Frankfurter Römer". After a civilian police officer observed three suspects following a group of tourists, it was possible to find the hideout of the gang. There the police seized not only the loot but also an unexposed photographic film. The develloped pictures showed the three arrested men as well as six other members of the gang replaying details of their holdups.
