Parts of the butt are made of the spine of a book, the other parts consist of the metal of coca-cola tins which were later coloured black with shoe polish. The gun on the right is carved from Balsa wood and assembled with pins Provided with an improvised trigger it does in fact function perfectly even with regular munition.
